EDUCATION HISTORY:

My educational journey started at Middlesex University, where I obtained my BSc (Hons) in Psychology. I then went on to pursue my PhD at Metropolitan University, where I focused on researching eating disorders and substance misuse. However, I later decided to switch to clinical psychology to engage more directly with clients. I received my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of East London, and I also hold an ISTE Certification for Educators from the International Society for Technology in Education.

My passion for understanding the human mind led me to Middlesex University, where I immersed myself in psychology and earned my BSc (Hons). Fueled by a desire to make a positive impact, I continued my journey at Metropolitan University, pursuing a PhD focused on the complexities of eating disorders and substance misuse.

As I sought deeper connections with those in need, I embraced clinical psychology, obtaining my Doctorate from the University of East London. Intrigued by the impact of nutrition on mental health, I further expanded my expertise by acquiring a diploma in nutrition.

With an appreciation for creativity, I explored a unique dimension at the London Art College, earning a diploma in cartooning. This skill has allowed me to enhance my practice when working with young people, developing engaging narratives and stories through cartoons.

Recognizing the potential of technology in supporting our well-being, I pursued an ISTE Certification for Educators from the International Society for Technology in Education. I am proud to have achieved an outstanding 100% score on this demanding course, which reflects my commitment and expertise in the field. I believe that when used appropriately, technology can enhance brain power and wellbeing. This belief has driven me to develop programs for young people that incorporate technology in fostering their mental health and resilience.

I am committed to expanding my talents to serve others, as it is truly priceless. My heartfelt and diverse educational experiences continue to inspire and guide my work in supporting individuals on their journey to well-being.
