Thank you for watching my TV show reel and taking the time to learn more about my work. As you may have seen in the clips, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a variety of individuals and groups facing mental health challenges.
One of my most memorable experiences was working as an onscreen live expert on Celebrity Big Brother. In this role, I provided a psychological perspective on the housemates’ behaviors, helping viewers better understand the emotional dynamics at play in the show.
I’ve also worked with Young offenders, including in partnership with Rt David Blunkett. These experiences have taught me the importance of providing mental health support and resources to people from all walks of life, especially those who may be facing unique challenges or obstacles.
In addition to my work with individuals and groups, I’ve also collaborated with various platforms to share psychological concepts and strategies with a wider audience. I believe that DEIJ (diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice) is crucial in today’s day and age, and I’m committed to promoting these values through my work.
By sharing my knowledge and expertise through various platforms, including my YouTube channel, social media, and other media outlets, I hope to help people from all backgrounds and communities build healthier relationships and achieve greater mental health and wellbeing.
